2. Automatic Harvesting System
One of the standout features of the full automatic H-type broiler chicken cage design is the automatic harvesting system, which streamlines the process of collecting broilers after their 45-day growth cycle. The automatic harvesting system includes:
(1) Conveyor Belt System

Chickens are automatically transported via conveyor belts to the harvesting area.
The speed of the belts can be adjusted based on farm requirements, ensuring smooth operation without bottlenecks.
The conveyor belts can transport up to 3,000-10,000 chickens per hour, significantly reducing the time and labor involved in manual harvesting.
(2) Horizontal Lift Equipment

As chickens reach the end of the conveyor belt, they are automatically lifted using horizontal lift systems inside the chicken house, where they are then moved outside the house via horizontal conveyors for final loading into trucks.
(3) Automatic Waste Removal
After harvesting, an automatic waste removal system ensures that the H-type broiler chicken cage is cleaned quickly, removing any leftover debris and maintaining a hygienic environment for the next batch of chickens.
3. Automatic Feeding, Drinking, Manure Removal Systems
The fully automatic H-type broiler chicken cage design automated feeding and drinking systems ensure that every bird receives the right amount of food and water, promoting healthy growth and optimizing feed efficiency. The system works as follows:
(1) Automatic Feeding System

The feeding system is designed to deliver accurate amounts of feed to each bird, with the ability to adjust feed quantities based on the birds' age and size.
The feed can be delivered at rates of up to 500 kg/h, ensuring that every bird is properly nourished.
Each bird consumes an average of 150-200g of feed per day, depending on the stage of growth, ensuring efficient use of feed.
(2) Automatic Drinking System

The automatic nipple drinker system ensures that birds have continuous access to clean water. Adjust the height as chicken's age.
Each cage is equipped with 6-12 water nipples, providing adequate water supply for up to 125 birds per tier.
This system reduces water wastage, as each nipple delivers a precise amount of water to the birds without overflow or leakage.
(3) Automatic Manure Cleaning System

Chicken waste is successively dropped on manure belt under bottom cage mesh, row ending manure collection equipment.
Horizontal manure convey equipment inside chicken house, slant manure conveyor equipment outside chicken house, to the tuck finally.
Manure cleaning belt 's speed is 15-200m per hour, depends on exact working.

4. Managing Chicks Vs. Grown Broilers
A key aspect of poultry farming is the differentiation between the management of chicks (young birds) and grown broilers (mature birds).
Though both types of chickens are housed within the same system, their care and environment management differ significantly due to their distinct physiological needs.

(1) Chick Care (0-14 Days)
Temperature Requirements
Chicks require a higher ambient temperature for proper development, typically between 32°C and 34°C during the first few days. Automated temperature control ensures that the environment is consistently warm, even when transitioning from one stage to another.
Feeding and Watering
For chicks, the feed size and water nipple height need to be adjusted for ease of access. Automated feeders are designed to cater to smaller birds and provide a constant supply of finely ground feed to facilitate early digestion.
Lighting
Chicks benefit from extended lighting hours in the initial stages to ensure proper feed intake and growth, with a recommended 18-20 hours of light per day.
(2) Broiler Care (15-45 Days)
Temperature Requirements
As broilers mature, their temperature requirements decrease. The ambient temperature is gradually reduced to around 21°C to 24°C to avoid heat stress.
Feeding and Watering
An broiler chicken cage design require larger quantities of feed, and the feed delivery system can be adjusted to ensure they consume the correct amounts for optimal growth. The nipple drinkers are adjusted to cater to the drinking habits of larger birds.
Lighting
At this stage, 16 hours of light per day is sufficient to maintain healthy metabolism and encourage feeding.
The automation in the H-type broiler chicken cage design provides precise control over these variables, ensuring that the needs of both chicks and mature birds are met at each stage of their development.
