Basic information
Automatic feeding machine is essential in a commercial eating area, it durable and capable of standing up to the test of time as well as the interaction with large birds such as layers, feeding machine are mainly for chickens that lay eggs for consumption from 18 weeks
The feeding line in the trough helps to eliminate a selective feed pecker. An auger within the trough feeding system mixes the feed and rapidly distributes it through the trough. This prevents chickens from eating during the feed distribution
The feeding machine ultimately produces a balanced and even feed composition for every layer. The automatic poultry feeder is attached to the wall of the chicken enclosure and has a flap that only opens when your chicken operates it with its weight
This means that other rodents and birds cannot contaminate the chicken feed and your chicken population remains healthy and easy to lay, a desired time to feed the flock will be set. Once the desired time is met, the dispenser will automatically dispense the feeds. An actuator will be used as a gate for the feeds to be distributed into the container
Product description
An automatic feeding system is particularly ideal for the conveying of feed from a vertically displaceable horizontal dispensing tube. Feeding machine of this type typically comprises of a bell-shaped housing superiorly provided with a tubular connector for attachment to the dispensing tube and introduction of feed there into, and a plate arranged beneath the bell-like housing to receive the feed
There are provided for means for adjusting the amount of feed transferred from the bell-like housing to the plate actuated following lowering or raising of the horizontal dispensing tube and consequent relative vertical displacement between the bell-like housing and the plate between a lowered and a raised position formed by just three pieces. One of the pieces is a plate formed with a ring which is in a lower position where the bell-like housing opens a crown of apertures and in a raised position of the so as to reduce the amount of feed transferred to the plate
The automatic chicken feeding machine takes feed from a central hopper or bin out to feed the birds continuously all day. In place of having to fill the score of separate feeding troughs, the poultry man fills just one – the hopper – and does it just this process once a day. There is also a manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line

Its working principles
1. The distributing systems consist of with an endless chain driven by the motor and also gears. Here we can have a pan feed sensor where the ends of each feeding line that controls motors on and have to achieve automatic feeds delivery. When all the feeds pan are filled of feed, control box will stop the motors from working. When pan is eaten up, these start the control that will restart the motor
2. After the feeds are put into the hopper and the machine is started, the operations are continuous. Feeds in the hopper are moved to an outlet ports at the bottom of hopper. It falls through the opening onto the slowly moving chain. The chain, which travels through the trough, carries the feeds along with it out to the flock. The bird eats it from trough
3. The chicken breed feeds tank outside at the chicken house where transports are the feed system into the feeds silos, and then the conveying the device transport where feed to the traveling hopper according to the time which is set. When the last traveling hopper is filled with feeds, then the conveying device is stopped automatically
4. The automatic feeding machine run smoothly and the feeds from traveling hopper flows evenly into the trough so every chicken get the fresh feeds. After the feeds eaten up, the traveling hopper automatically run to the feed discharge position, then the hopper is filled up again
Purpose
1. It helps in the distribution of feed throughout the trough and it helps rotates and mixes the feed while it is being shifted. When it stops, a consistent feed portion is ready for each chicken. Then helps distributes the feed automatically in small a feed compartments
2. Each chicken receives the same amount of feed, whenever they are in the house, as determined by the nutritionist. That is ultimately good for their overall health and productivity. If a hen eats selectively, the amount of starch can be reduced and protein and minerals increased
3. The automatic feeding trough encourages the animal to eat the whole diet mix, thus increasing performance and providing a cost effective way of feeding. Feeding arrangements can be made to suit your individual requirements from single sided feeding to double sided feeding
4. Its construction makes it easy to see when the feeder needs to be refilled
5. It ensures an easy access to food and also minimise wastage and contamination

11. Rust and corrosion resistant
Maintenance
It is recommended that the feeding troughs should be cleaned at least once or twice in a week, the automatic feeding troughs. Concerning how regularly the feeding troughs should be cleaned. Ideally, they should be cleaned before fresh feed is added to it and under no circumstance must one add fresh feed to those of the previous one without first cleaning them properly, for efficient feeding, keep the lip of the feeder pan in a hanging tube-type feeder at the level of the chickens' backs
